Upon ordering, please send 2 tbsp of remains to Eaton Glassworks at 153 S. Plaza Rd. Emmett, ID 83617. Any unused remains will be returned with final order. Eaton Glassworks is not responsible for any lost remains or damaged product after the making of the final product. Any remains encased in glass cannot be removed from the glass and are permanently encased in the glass. If a piece is broken by shipping or by accident it will be replaced one time free of charge plus the cost of shipping. Any breakage after that is your responsibility to pay to replace. Custom orders are final and one of a kind. I enjoy a challenge and love to see what I can create with other people.
